Securities Enforcement Forum New York 2025 will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at the beautiful JW Marriott Essex House New York.
Securities Enforcement Forum New York is a unique, one-day event that brings together hundreds of current and former senior SEC officials, leading securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field.
The event will feature two Keynote Q&A Discussions — with Sanjay Wadhwa, Acting Director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement (moderated by Gurbir Grewal); and Antonia Apps, Regional Director of the SEC’s New York office (moderated by George Canellos).

It will also include nine fantastic panels on key areas of SEC enforcement. Attendees will hear from nine senior officials from the SEC’s New York office and the SDNY; six former SEC Enforcement Directors; senior in-house counsel from IBM, Morgan Stanley and Carrier; and a total of nearly 50 luminaries in the securities enforcement field.
