About Securities Docket
Securities Docket is the hub of securities enforcement, hosting the preeminent securities enforcement conferences in the world. Securities Docket launched its annual conference, Securities Enforcement Forum, in Washington, D.C. in 2012, added a West Coast counterpart, Securities Enforcement Forum West, in 2015, and introduced Securities Enforcement Forum Central in 2023. These events bring together hundreds of current and former senior SEC and DOJ officials, leading securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, and others who attend in person or via livestream.
Securities Docket also publishes the “Daily Update from Securities Docket,” the industry’s most targeted and timely newsletter. The Daily Update aggregates the most important news and developments concerning SEC enforcement, securities class actions, white-collar matters and more each day. It is read by thousands of practicing lawyers, in-house counsel, accountants, consultants, regulators, compliance professionals, institutional investors, and executives.
Bruce Carton is the founder and editor of Securities Docket and the Daily Update newsletter.
