Securities Docket is the hub of securities enforcement, hosting the preeminent securities enforcement conferences in the world. Bruce is a former Senior Counsel with the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, as well as a former securities litigation partner with one of the world’s largest law firms. From 2008-2016, Bruce was a featured columnist for Compliance Week on securities enforcement and litigation issues, and the author of Compliance Week’s “Enforcement Action” blog.
